Hi I’m Katrin, the baker behind Kat's Sweet Tidbits! My love for baking started when I was little - standing on a stool beside my mom, helping her measure, stir, and sneaking the occasional taste. Everything I know today has come from personal experience, a lot of trial and error, and plenty of joyful messes in the kitchen.

 

While I enjoy baking all kinds of treats, my recent favorites have been croissants and focaccia bread, two breads I’ve only mastered in the past year, but now can’t stop making. For me, the magic of baking isn’t just in the process, it’s in the moment I get to share it and seeing the joy on someone’s face when they take that first bite makes every hour in the kitchen worthwhile.

 

At Kat's Sweet Tidbits, everything is made from scratch with care, patience, and a dash of joy. Baking isn’t just what I do, it’s how I share warmth, comfort, and a little bit of magic with my community.
